We are now looking for an appointment booker for one of our fantastic franchisees, Revir Sverige AB. As an appointment booker, you are responsible for offering our services to prospective clients and ensuring that they come into contact with us.

What does the position entail?
As an appointment booker, you are fully focused on helping families secure their homes. Your main task will be to book appointments for a free security consultation that our security experts carry out at the customer's home. Our main goal is satisfied customers, so we see it as a matter of course that you have a high sense of service.
We are looking for you as:
Computer skills/telephone skills
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Is free from any criminal record remarks
Enjoys working at a fast pace
Is comfortable contacting customers via telephone
Previous experience in telebooking or customer service is an advantage
