**Roles & Responsibilities**

- Welcoming the customers
- Money transfer operations
- Money exchange operations
- Complaints management, refunds, and follow-up
- Management of other administrative tasks

**Position Requirements**

- Excellent communication skills
- Good level of German and English
- Stress resilient
- Previous experience in cash-handling
- One year of work experience is required
