**Who You Are**
You are ambitious, data-driven, and passionate about empowering individuals through financial innovation. You understand Turkey’s dynamic market, from digital-native consumers to emerging financial needs and you’re ready to make an impact.


**Your Role**

- Define and execute a market-specific strategy to position nsave as a leading fintech brand in Turkey.
- Build and lead community engagement initiatives, fostering trust and advocacy among Turkish users.
- Establish strategic partnerships with local organizations, startups, and educational institutions.
- Drive user acquisition and retention through creative campaigns, paid media, and referral programs.
- Use data analytics and experimentation to refine growth funnels and improve user experience.
- Work closely with product and tech teams to localize features and enhance conversion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions.
- Report performance metrics and insights to leadership teams.

**What You Bring**

- 3+ years in growth, marketing, or business development, ideally in fintech or startups.
- Expertise in digital growth tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills to turn data into action.
- Excellent communication in Turkish and English (Arabic is a plus).
- A flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution and impact.
