**Role Description**

This is an on-site Instructor role based in Zermatt, Switzerland. The Instructor will be responsible for guiding and training clients in paragliding techniques while ensuring safety protocols are strictly adhered to. Day-to-day tasks include conducting pre-flight safety briefings, supervising take-offs and landings, and providing expert guidance to participants of varying skill levels. The role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience by combining safety, personalized support, and sharing knowledge about the local environment and adventurous flying conditions.

**Qualifications**

- Paragliding expertise with relevant certifications and familiarity with safety regulations
- Experience in providing training, mentoring beginners, and ensuring safe flight operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Physical fitness and adaptability to work in challenging outdoor conditions
- Familiarity with the Zermatt area and Swiss Alps is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as German or French are a bonus
- Previous experience in the adventure tourism or outdoor sports industry is advantageous
