**Your Role And Responsibilities**
In this role, you develop and implement Group-wide internal communications strategies with clear KPIs, driving employee engagement on strategic priorities. You partner with Corporate officers and our businesses to support transformation initiatives, leadership visibility, and measurement of communication impact through data and analytics. You act as a trusted strategic communications partner ensuring communication excellence, relevance and consistency across ABB.

**About the team**
You will join a talented, diverse Group Internal Communications team that values different perspectives, embraces new ideas and is committed to continuous improvement. We are a team where collaboration, creativity and clear thinking are at the heart of how we work.
**You Will Be Mainly Accountable For**
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies, with clear KPIs and defined measures of effectiveness.
- Lead Group-wide employee engagement initiatives on key strategic topics such as company direction, Artificial Intelligence or integrity, to strengthen employee understanding, engagement, motivation and inspiration.
- Act as a strategic communications partner to Corporate functions and senior leaders, such as Legal & Integrity, Finance, or HR, and support their internal communications efforts, including message development and leadership visibility.
- Lead internal communications support for transformation and change initiatives, helping employees understand business priorities and their impact.
- Use data, analytics and employee insights to measure impact, continuously improve channels, tools, and processes and ensure reach, relevance and consistency.
**Qualifications For The Role**
- Proven track record in strategic communications planning and execution of Group-wide projects, as well as in measuring communications’ effectiveness.
- Proven experience working effectively with senior stakeholders including up to executive committee level.
- Strong inner drive to engage, motivate and inspire employees on relevant topics.
- Pragmatic, structured, and positive mindset with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms and communication measurement tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in internal communications within global corporations, preferably in a decentralized organization.
