**Job Description**
As part of the international events team, you will support the
**planning, coordination, and implementation of security measures**
across a diverse portfolio of global events of varying scale and complexity.
The role combines
**operational planning (approximately 80%)**
with
**on-site event support (approximately 20%)**
, ensuring security considerations are fully embedded throughout the event lifecycle.
- Support the development and execution of security plans for international events
- Assist in the implementation of risk mitigation strategies and operational security concepts
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, service providers, and local authorities
- Manage security-related administrative processes, documentation, and planning tools
- Contribute to the on-site coordination and delivery of security operations during events
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders
**The Successful Applicant**
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field
- Previous experience in event security, operations, or risk management within international or complex environments
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to work in multicultural, collaborative environments
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (French and/or German) are an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
