**Join our team - Junior Software Developer**

**About us**

Aiders is a Geneva-based startup building an AI-powered platform that changes the way people access local services. We are launching in Q4 2026 and growing our team to get there. As we accelerate towards launch, we are looking for a Junior Software Developer to help us ship the product alongside our CTO and co-founders.

**Your mission**

• Build and ship mobile features end-to-end, from development to deployment, on our iOS and Android application

• Collaborate daily with our CTO and co-founders to solve technical challenges and make product decisions

• Take full ownership of your work, we move fast and trust people to deliver

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and sprint planning from day one

**Your profile**

• Currently studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience

• You have strong mobile development skills experience with React Native or Expo is a strong plus

• You are comfortable working with backend services, REST APIs and real-time data

• You have shipped something, a side project, a freelance build, an open-source contribution. We want to see what you have made

• You thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where priorities evolve quickly

• You communicate clearly and take initiative without waiting to be told what to do
