**Job Responsibilities**
- Support engagement with key partners to drive sales activities and business penetration
- Assist in gathering marketing intelligence, e.g. market trends, and monitor penetration level of each key partner
- Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives and client outreach activities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key Howden partners to promote Howden Private Wealth solutions
- Provide administrative and coordination support for business development and marketing initiatives
- Ensure overall compliance to company and group policies/procedures
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business, Marketing or related fields
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, marketing or business development and basic knowledge in life insurance or HNW space preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and mature individuals with strong drive for excellence
