- Take full ownership of product development projects, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables end-to-end
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Anticipate risks early, evaluate their impact, and implement pragmatic solutions to keep projects on track
- Manage project budgets and resources with a strong focus on efficiency and outcomes
- Ensure smooth execution by tracking milestones, maintaining high quality standards, and coordinating internal and external contributors
- Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, fostering accountability and collaboration
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and alignment

**Requirements / Must-Haves**

- Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- Proven experience managing product development projects in regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR/IVDR, FDA 21 CFR Part 820
- Experience with design control, risk management, and CAPA
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external partners
- Fluent in English
