**Your Role**

As the Head of Nursing and Care, you will lead the nursing department with both professional and organizational expertise. You will work closely with staff, residents, and families while ensuring the continuous development of care processes, quality standards, and team performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Leadership & Department Management**

• Lead the Nursing and Care department with strong professional and organizational leadership

• Act as a visible and empathetic leader for staff, residents, and their families

• Ensure efficient and sustainable workforce planning and staff scheduling

**Quality & Process Development**

• Continuously improve nursing processes and operational workflows

• Drive quality development and implement modern care concepts

**Collaboration & Representation**

• Work closely with the neighboring partner facility to strengthen collaboration

• Represent the organization and support partner institutions when required

**Your Profile**

• Diploma Registered Nurse (HF)

• Strong knowledge of BESA and RAI systems

• Several years of practical experience in nursing and leadership roles

• Completed leadership or management training

• Excellent communication skills and strong social competence

• Structured and organized working style

• Passion for innovation and maintaining high-quality care standards

• Interest in developing and improving nursing department processes
