**About Lobby**

Lobby automates B2B and group bookings with AI. The most valuable bookings in hospitality, corporate, group, MICE, and tour operator business, still run on email, with reservation teams juggling 30+ systems, 1,000+ contracts per hotel, and constant manual modifications. Lobby's AI agent understands intent, reads contracts and rates, executes directly in the PMS, and drafts branded replies for staff to approve and send. The result for hotels is faster responses, higher conversion, and better yield. We are backed by Founderful VC with the GetYourGuide founder on our board, advised by senior hospitality leaders including the former CTO of Accor, and part of the EHL Innovation Hub.

**In June 2026, we are heading to HITEC in San Antonio, the largest hospitality technology event in the world, to compete in the Entrepreneur 20X (E20X) startup pitch competition and run our own booth on the show floor. We are looking for someone to be the second face of Lobby on the ground.**

**The Challenge**

As our Booth and Sales Associate at HITEC, you are not "handing out flyers", you are the front line of how thousands of hoteliers experience Lobby for the first time. You will:

- Hold the Booth: Own booth presence for the full four days. When the founder is on stage or in meetings, you are the one carrying the conversation.
- Qualify and Convert: Engage every hotelier, B2B operator, and technology buyer who walks past, qualify them in 60 seconds, and book follow-up meetings on the spot.
- Demo the Product: Once trained, run short product walkthroughs that show, not tell.
- Capture Everything: Every conversation, business card, and lead goes into HubSpot in real time. No leads lost to the suitcase.
- Pre and Post: Help with target account outreach in the weeks before the show, and pipeline handover in the weeks after.

**The Setup**

- Where: HITEC, Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio (June 15 to 18, 2026).
- Prep: Hybrid out of Zurich, with on-site days at the office in the weeks leading up to the show.
- Travel: Flights, accommodation, and per diem in San Antonio fully covered by Lobby.

**Who You Are**

- Comfortable With Strangers: You can walk up to anyone on a trade show floor and start a conversation that does not feel like a sales pitch. Whether that muscle came from F&B, front office, events, ambassador roles, or door-to-door, we care that you have it.
- Commercially Wired: You hear someone describe their reservations team and you can already tell whether they are a fit. You do not let a warm lead sit overnight.
- Pragmatic Operator: You can hold the booth alone, deal with a stuck demo laptop, reroute a VIP to the founder, and update HubSpot, all in the same hour.
- Hospitality Curious: You do not need to be from the industry, but you should genuinely want to understand it. Background at a hotel reservations or revenue management desk is a real plus.
- Languages: Fluent English required. German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Greek are a real plus given our target markets.
- Available: Free to travel to San Antonio June 14 to 19, 2026, and to be based in or commute to Zurich for the prep period.
