**The Role: Style and Performance in Losone**

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate with specialized Textile Expertise to join our team in Losone. In this role, you will be the go-to authority for our high-end apparel collections. You will balance a deep understanding of technical performance fabrics with a keen eye for golf fashion, ensuring our clients look and feel their best on and off the course.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

 \* Textile & Fashion Consultation: Provide expert advice on functional golf apparel, explaining the benefits of different technical fabrics (breathability, weather protection, stretch) and helping customers build the perfect golf wardrobe.

 \* Premium Sales Service: Offer personalized styling and fitting services to a discerning local and international clientele.

 \* Collection Management: Take ownership of the textile department, including the presentation of new seasonal collections and ensuring optimal merchandising of luxury golf brands.

 \* Customer Loyalty: Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and a "pro-shop" level of attention to detail.

**Your Profile**

 \* Textile Expertise: Solid knowledge of fabrics and garment construction. You understand the difference between high-performance synthetics and premium natural fibers and can explain these benefits to customers.

 \* Fashion Flair: A strong sense of style and current trends within the golf and luxury sports industry.

 \* Retail Excellence: Proven experience in high-end fashion or sports retail. You are comfortable in a premium sales environment.

 \* Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills. Given our location, fluency in Italian and German is essential; English is a strong advantage.
