**Scientist (f/m/x) - Technical Operations**
Fullltime / Permanent / Closing date April 17th

The Opportunity
Researches and develops innovative medicines to address unmet medical needs, from early discovery through clinical trials to commercialization. It ensures that all products meet the highest clinical safety standards and comply with global regulatory requirements. The role involves analyzing complex data, managing research processes, and maintaining technical documentation and systems. It also includes designing and implementing experimental and operational processes to support efficient product development and informed decision-making. In addition, the position leads projects and cross-functional teams, overseeing portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management. Finally, it contributes to the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to enable efficient, scalable, and compliant production.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contributes technology platform capabilities to team to achieve designated project objectives
- Coordinates global and local research and development projects
- Manages collaboration with different CSL sites and external partners
- Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience
- Works independently with general supervision to achieve operational targets with direct impact on departmental results
- Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex, sometimes requiring understanding of broader set of issues
- May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices
**Your Skills And Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
- 3 years experience in relevant technical discipline
- Proficiency in experimental techniques and relevant software
- Ability to stay current with scientific literature and apply findings
- Clear reporting and collaboration with team members
