**THE ROLE**

- Bring to life brand innovations from project brief, financials, packaging design, to 360 activation and markets deployment
- Lead multifunctional team
- Own the brand fundamentals and visual identity
- Manage project budget with accuracy
- Coach junior members of the Marketing team

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Brand innovations

- Become expert in salon and stylists’ needs to drive strong insights and meaningful product/ services & claims.
- Lead innovation definition and development, in close partnership with R&D and education to design superior innovations fit to win in market.
- Design Innovations throughout the fit for use process, ensuring the innovations are fit for win in markets, working closely with Trade Marketing and lead markets (US/ Germany in most cases).
- Coordinate agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver packaging designs.
- Develop communication and toolbox development from strategy to execution of assets and deployment to markets on time and complete.
- Lead and collaborate with agency partners as well as managing the alignment process internally with the design function.
- Engage markets through the different yearly touchpoints to drive high engagement behind the innovations
- Lead and collaborate with the multi-functional global design team including R&D, CMI, Trade Marketing, Education, Finance and Product Supply to deliver the best consumer and stylist proposition to life in due time, including brief new product and service innovations

Brand budget

- Manage projects budget, optimize spending though the use of AI and working closely with procurement

**QUALIFICATIONS**

- Master’s degree in marketing, Business management or Economics
- 5-7 years’ experience in either similar global / regional marketing roles or local marketing in beauty.
- Strong track record of strategic view, ability to energize team and execute strategy
- Strong track record of autonomous problem-solving with minimal guidance/ lead team involvement
- Passionate about beauty trends and trends. Creative mind, in touch with the latest trends
- Ownership, accountability, autonomy and evidence of agility (Mental, People, Change, Results, Self-Awareness)
- Very organized and able to lead multifunctional team, manage all stakeholders and timings in parallel
- Data driven and focused on excellent execution, innovative and creative thinker
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines in a complex organization, with various internal partners & external agency partners
- Experience in the salon industry is a plus
- Experience in local marketing is a plus
- English mandatory
