**Specialist Swiss and German Tax Forms and Reports**

## Aufgaben

Responsible for tax forms and returns primarily for Swiss and German clients, as well as clients from other countries / Responsible for preparing tax forms for Switzerland, including information on dividends, interests, a description of the securities, confirmation of the creditor’s entitlement to Swiss withholding tax, as well as confirmation that banks or custodians have remitted a tax rate corresponding to the withholding tax to the Federal Tax Administration / Responsible for tax forms for Germany and Austria / Monitoring and filing of stamp duties in Switzerland and other countries / Reconciliation of transaction taxes and submission to the relevant tax authorities / Monitoring developments in international tax law regarding securities / Claiming refunds of withholding taxes for clients under double taxation treaties / Point of contact for tax inquiries from client advisors regarding securities / Responsible for quality control / Participation in tax projects.

## Qualifikation

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in tax, finance, or accounting / Experience in Swiss and international tax law, gained at a bank, “Big Four,” or tax consulting firm / In-depth knowledge of tax issues related to private banking or wealth management, cross-border transactions, and tax reporting / Analytical mindset with attention to detail / Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills / Ability to assess situations and set priorities / Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch flexibly between internal and external tasks depending on the situation, while always maintaining an open-minded attitude / High level of credibility and loyalty / IT skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint / English and German.
