We are looking for a sharp, hands-on intern to join our core summit team in Geneva for a 3-month internship in the run-up to and during the event. You will work directly with the founding team on the operational and diplomatic execution of a high-profile international summit.
Responsibilities
- Support delegate registration, badging, and event management systems
- Assist with outreach to government delegations, partner organizations, and speakers
- Coordinate hotel partnerships, logistics, and on-site delegate experience
- Draft and send personalized email campaigns, follow-ups, and meeting briefs
- Help prepare press releases, speaker briefings, and program materials
- Provide on-site operational support across the three summit days
What We Are Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program (international relations, law, public policy, communications, business, or related fields)
- Excellent written and spoken English (French is a plus; additional languages welcome)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, multi-timezone environment
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to own tasks end-to-end
- Interest in AI policy, international affairs, or large-scale event operations
- Eligible to intern in Switzerland (we can support standard internship documentation)
