- Ensure that all business requirements are meticulously met and aligned with our overall strategy.
- Develop transformation programs together with key stake holders
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team to achieve project objectives.
- Regularly report project status updates to sponsors and steering committees.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including business contacts.
- Set clear priorities for project activities and manage resources efficiently.
- Proactively manage project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Safeguard the integrity and security of corporate data.
- Oversee system functionality and perform thorough testing post-updates or changes.
- Coordinate and deliver key and end-user training activities for systems within scope.
- Ensure all solutions are properly handed over

**If you have/are:**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful transformation project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interfacing with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in a multinational environment is advantageous.
